1 Project Construction Cost is estimated to be $32,000,000 2 Construction duration is estimated at 9 months.
3 Overtime and weekend work is not included. Overtime work to be pre-authorized by City Project Manager. 4 Cost proposal and invoicing is subject to prevailing wage rates. 5 Project Setup consist of; but not limited to, PR website, office setup, project field measurements & photos, documentation existing conditions, scheduling, etc. 6 Project team will support Public Outreach effort, however dedicated public outreach staff on a part-time as-needed basis will be provided upon City's request. 7 Field Surveying support may be required for verification purposes within improvements.
Surveying Crew cost averages $2000 (4 hour minimum), however survey crew will be provided on a part-time (as-needed basis), upon City's request. 8 Office Space rentals for the duration of 1 year
