RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, INCREASING THE FY2022-2023 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ANNUAL BUDGET TO ALIGN WITH THE FY2022-2023 APPROVED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City of Rialto approved and adopted the FY2022-2023 Adopted Annual Budget on May 26, 2022 with preliminary Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Revenue and Expenses.
WHEREAS, the City of Rialto approved and adopted the CDBG Annual Action Plan on July 12, 2022 establishing finalized revenue and expenses for the CDBG FY2022-2023 Program Year.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Authorize decrease in revenues in:
The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-400-1850-7833 for $18,578; The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-400-1855-7833 for $20,570; The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-400-1856-7833 for $39,322; Section 2: Authorize increase in revenues in:
The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-400-1853-7833 for $740;
Section 3: Authorize increase in appropriations in:
The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-500-1849-4001 for $256,000; The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-500-1849-4010 for $36,540; The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-500-1855-2021 for $27,930; Section 3: Authorize decrease in appropriations in:
The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-500-1850-2011 for $21,288; The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-500-1850-2021 for $480;
The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-500-1849-4020 for $2,250; The CDBG Fund Account No. 234-500-1856-3001 for $69,828; \\\\
