Mayor Robertson/MPT Scott approves of this item.
Casmalia Fuel Station – Ino Cruz, JNT Management
MPT Scott wants to make sure that conditions are put on this project. Subcommittee wants to see the CUP and if they are not abiding by the conditions, it needs to be pulled. Mayor Robertson wants staff to go back to look at the need for widening. MPT Scott thinks it’s too early coming to EDC. Need to work on site plan. MPT Scott has asked if Linda to drive up around that area. They would like staff to look at property trade. Direction is for staff to get with Public Works and see if it can be worked out.
Valley 124/132 E. Valley – Larry Lord, Property Owner
The subcommittee has a concern regarding the building requirements.
Recommend change in the zone and work with Mr. Lord.
Mayor Robertson wants a clear understanding on the point of sale.

REPORTS/DISCUSSION ITEMS
EDC-19-998 Consideration of Acceptance of the Baseline Road Azzam Presented this item along with Scott Rice and Steve Hosford
Committee is directing that they do Business outreach Community then come back to the committee. Rod Foster is asking that Azzam goes and look at Colton High School and see what they did. The company will do some outreach. Mayor Robertson would like to know how many mid-block accidents.
Mayor Robertson and MPT Scott is directing staff to go back and ask for a meeting with District 8 staff. Azzam is tasked to write the letter, regarding to meet on site, prior to outreach.
EDC-19-992 Consideration of Acceptance of the Turnkey Bike Presentation by Jenny An of Alta Planning + Design
Council says to move forward. Present to CA and then move to Council.
Mayor Robertson wants to make sure that there is a printed copy.
EDC-19-997 Consideration of the Additional of Chapter 17.50 to the RMC.
Fred along with Tom presented this item.
Subcommittee agree to move forward to Council.
***Rialto Airport Specific Plan
Committee says to move forward currently zoned and airport – citywide industrial.
MPT Scott said to also take a look at the definition of M1 and M2.
