RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF THE UTILITY SERVICES WATER AND WASTEWATER BUDGET TO SUPPORT ADDITIONAL CONSULTING COSTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Rialto is currently utilizing the professional services of Stephen Dopudja through his company Dopudja & Wells Consulting, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the City of Rialto has the legal authority and is authorized to amend the Water and Wastewater budget; and WHEREAS, the City of Rialto intends to appropriate funds towards Water and Wastewater projects pertaining to As-Needed Support, Lake Rialto and Supplemental Effluent Monetization Negotiation Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That pursuant and subject to all of the terms and provisions of the Budget Act of 2021 (Stats. 2021, ch. 240, § 80) as amended (Stats. 2022, ch. 44, § 25), the City of Rialto’s City Manager, or designee is hereby authorized and directed to amend the Water and Wastewater budget to support additional costs of $632,030.
Section 2: The City of Rialto’s City Manager or designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Budget Amendment and any amendments thereto.
Section 3: The City of Rialto’s City Manager or designee is hereby authorized and directed to submit any required documents, invoices, and reports required to obtain grant funding. \\\\
