A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP 20275 FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF ONE (1) PARCEL OF LAND TO CREATE TWO (2) SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PARCELS, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF IDYLLWILD AVENUE SOUTH OF SAN BERNARDINO AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rialto, at its meeting of February 21, 2021, approved Tentative Parcel Map 20275 subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, Awad Development, Inc., a California Corporation, (hereinafter the “Subdivider”), has filed Parcel Map 20275 with the City Council of the City of Rialto, (hereinafter the “City”), in accordance with Section 66463 of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider offers for dedication to the City for public use easements for street and public utilities purposes as shown on Parcel Map 20275; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Determination has been made that Parcel Map 20275 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Parcel Map 20275.
Section 2: Requisite conditions associated with Tentative Parcel Map 20275 have been satisfied.
Section 3: Parcel Map 20275 is in conformance with the General Plan.
Section 4: Parcel Map 20275 conforms to all applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California.
Section 5: In accordance with Section 66447 of the California Government Code, the offers of dedication to the public on Parcel Map 20275 shall be accepted by the City Clerk, subject to improvement, who shall certify acceptance by signature on the map thereof.
Section 6: Parcel Map 20275 is hereby approved for the purposes therein defined.
