RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE INVESTMENT POLICY OF THE CITY OF RIALTO WHEREAS, the City of Rialto’s Investment Policy (“Policy”) is reviewed at least annually to ensure its consistency with the overall objectives of preservation of principal, liquidity, yield, and diversification, and its relevance to current law and economic trends; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires certain amendments to the 2022 Investment Policy; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the Investment Policy, adoption of the City’s Policy shall be approved by resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Investment Policy, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted as the Investment Policy of the City of Rialto and supersedes all previous versions.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect on January 1, 2023. \\\\
