REFUND CRITERIA
Full Refund:
• Any alcohol on the premises belonging to your
rental —(Security reported)
• Parked in areas of the park that are not
approved
• Violations of the Municipal Code (Chapter
2.45 —Park and Recreation Facility
Regulations)
• Not cleaning up the area according to the
rental cleanup checklist
Refund Denied:
• Following the rules that were highlighted in the
application process
• Clean area according to rental cleanup checklist
• No issues highlighting by the security team or
park rangers
