NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Rialto will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers located at 150 S. Palm Ave., Rialto, to receive public comment regarding the extension of an Interim Urgency Ordinance entitled “AN INTERIM URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM TO PROHIBIT THE ESTABLISHMENT AND/OR EXPANSION OF OUTDOOR STORAGE USES FOR TRAILERS AND/OR TRUCK YARD USES IN THE CITY OF RIALTO EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW”.
