Re: Professional Services Agreement between the City of Rialto and Avant-Garde Inc.
Dear Mr. Fuller,
On August 10, 2021, a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) was made between the City of Rialto and Avant-Garde to provide consulting services for implementation of the City’s Community Development Block Grant Program.
In accordance with Section 3.4 of the PSA, the agreement is subject to two one -year extension options. The term may be approved by the Contract Officer without separate approval by the City Council.
As such, Avant -Garde is submitting our reque st for approval of the first one-year extension to continue providing the above-mentioned services for the period of July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
