A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP 20241 FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND TO CONSOLIDATE FOUR (4) LOTS INTO ONE (1) BUSINESS CENTER LOT TO FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 135,408 SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL STORAGE WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTION CENTER BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rialto, at its meeting of February 23, 2021, approved Tentative Parcel Map 20241 subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, B9 Renaissance, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (hereinafter the “Subdivider”), has filed Parcel Map 20241 with the City Council of the City of Rialto, (hereinafter the “City”), in accordance with Section 66456 of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider offers for dedication to the City of Rialto, the public in general, and public utility companies, an easement for streets and public utility purposes in, under, over, through and across Renaissance Parkway, subject to improvements, as shown on Parcel Map 20241; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider offers for dedication to the City of Rialto, a landscape easement over Parcel 1 for public use; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider offers for dedication to the City of Rialto, a traffic signal easement over Parcel 1 for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Parcel Map 20241 is in substantial conformance with the approved Parcel Map 20241 Section 2: Requisite conditions associated with Parcel Map 20241 have been satisfied.
Section 3: Parcel Map 20241 is in conformance with the General Plan.
Section 4: Parcel Map 20241 conforms to all applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California.
Section 5: In accordance with Section 66477.1 of the California Government Code, the offers of dedication to the public on Parcel Map 20241 shall be accepted by the City Clerk, subject to improvement, who shall certify acceptance by signature on the map thereof.
Section 6: Parcel Map 20241 is hereby approved for the purposes therein defined. \\\\
WHEREFORE, this Resolution is passed, approved and adopted this 25th day of April, 2023. _______________________________
