SWAG specializes in providing street outreach and intensive case management to homeless individuals as well as families at risk of being homeless.

SWAG utilizes a consistent outreach strategy which encompasses a step by step action plan tailored specifically for each individual and provides services as long as needed/wanted by the individual.
4. Is the product or service available from other sources? No There are no other services comparable in the region.
5. Can your requirements be modified so that competitive products or services may be used? Explain:
SWAG's ability to remain with the individual throughout their journey out of homelessness is unmatched by any other group or organization in the Inland Empire. This is a one-of-a-kind program.
