Signed Contract Amendment
Our Legal and Compliance team, with guidance from the California Department of Insurance (CDI) has implemented a best practice change to our compensation agreements with all California partners, which requires executing a contract amendment.

We are restructuring compensation provisions in our marketing agreements, so royalties are no longer calculated per service plan.

Effective from 8/31/23 the City’s compensation will be in the form of an annual licensing fee of $7,200.00 Pro-rated for remainder of 2023.

Thank you for your partnership!
