NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at [_:__] [ a.m./p.m.] on [___], 2023 , or as soon thereafter it may be heard , at the Council Chambers of the City of Rialto, 150 S outh Palm Avenue, Rialto, C alifornia 92376, the City Council of the City o f Rialto will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 6586.5(a)(2) of the Government Code of the State of California regarding the proposed issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds, 2023 Series A (Police Station Project) (the “Bonds”) by the Rialto Public Financing A uthority. At the hearing, the testimony of all interested persons will be heard.
A portion of the proceeds of the Bonds are expected to be applied to finance the acquisition, construction and improvement of a new police station facility consisting of two buildings to be located on parcel APN 0130-191-11-0-000 at 128 North Willow Avenue, Rialto, California 92376.
Persons requiring special accommodation to participate in the public hearing may contact the Director of Maintenance & Facilities by calling (909) 421-7279. Notification 48 hours prior to the hearing will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this hearing (28 CAR 35.102-35.104 ADA Title II).
