A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rialto was held in the City Council Chambers located at 150 South Palm Avenue, Rialto, California 92376 on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. 0o0
This meeting was called by the presiding officer of the Rialto City Council in accordance with the provisions of Government Code §54956 of the State of California. 0o0
CALL TO ORDER
City Clerk McGee called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m. 0o0
The roll was called, and the following were present: Mayor Deborah Robertson, Mayor Pro Tem Andy Carrizales, Council Member Ed Scott, and Council Member Joe Baca.
Also, present were Interim City Manager Henry Garcia, City Clerk Barbara McGee, and Director of Human Resources/Risk Management Shama Curian.
Council Member Trujillo, City Treasurer Edward Carrillo and City Attorney Eric Vail were absent. 0o0

The City Council called for recess from Closed Session at 3:45 p.m. 0o0
The City Council returned to Closed Session with all members present at 4:10 p.m. 0o0
The City Council called for recess from Closed Session at 5:24 p.m. 0o0
The City Council returned to Closed Session with all members present at 6:21 p.m. 0o0
Director of Human Resources/Risk Management Curian reported out on Closed Session stating that the City Council discussed the information. There was no reportable action. 0o0
The Special City Council Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m. 0o0
