Notes and Assumptions:
Project Construction Cost is estimated to be $8,000,000 with an additional 25% increase for Traffic Signal intersections Construction duration is estimated at 7 months, with preconstruction, post construction / close out Overtime and weekend work is not included. Overtime work to be pre-authorized by City Project Manager.
Cost proposal and invoicing is subject to prevailing wage rates.
Project Setup consist of; but not limited to, PR website, office setup, project field measurements & photos, documentation existing conditions, scheduling, drone footage, etc.
Office Space rental is for duration of 7 months, plus close out 2 months 1,232
