NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Rialto (the “City”) will hold a public hearing in the City of Rialto Council Chambers at the Rialto Civic Center, 150 S. Palm Avenue, Rialto CA 92376 on January 23, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of considering adoption by second reading of the following Ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER
15.28 OF THE RIALTO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE THE CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS TITLE 24, PART 9 THE 2022 EDITION OF THE CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE WITH APPENDICES AND AMENDMENTS.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to be heard in favor of, or in opposition to, or neutral with respect to the proposed Ordinance. In addition, written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk, at the address set forth above, prior to the hearing.
If you challenge the action taken on this proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk prior to or at the public hearing.
