Re: Sole Source: 120Water Audit, Inc.
The regulatory Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCRR), finalized in January 2021, has more than doubled the efforts required for the City of Rialto/Rialto Utility Authority (RUA), to comply with the updated Lead and Copper Rule, including increasing sampling requirements, requiring a digitized inventory, and automated public reporting of results. 120 Water Audit, Inc. (120Water) is the sole provider of an end-to-end Lead and Copper Compliance program solution. There are some vendors with the ability to manage each step of the LCRR process, from inventory and verification to customer communication and lab logistics. Veolia solicited qualifications and pricing from three separate vendors:
120Water, Blue Conduit, and Trigenix + TruePani. However, the 120Water interface centralizes data and information sources to provide a transparent audit trail and was the only vendor that did not require the use of sub-contractors to comply with the LCRR 120Water also has the most experience in building LCRR service line inventories. 120Water is a technical services company that helps state agencies, schools, and public water utilities plan, manage, and effectively communicate the results of water sampling programs. 120Water is the only company with a cloud-based technology platform and complementary services to manage the full life cycle of water testing programs at the point of use. 120Water is used to run the full lifecycle of drinking water voluntary and compliance programs, including Lead and Copper Rule, Lead Service Line Inventory, Service Line Replacement, Facilities Sampling, Pitcher/Filter Distribution, and Wastewater Monitoring across 30 states. Lastly, 120Water is the only vendor that manages full lead & copper sampling programs today, including out-of-the-box, ready-to- implement technology solutions to support adherence to all of the updated LCRR requirements.
