NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
The City of Rialto hereby accepts for maintenance the subject work of improvements as set forth in the contract documents and all change orders applicable thereto subject to the guarantees as set forth in said contract documents.
The Rialto City Council on February 27, 2018 accepted the work of improvements set forth in the contract documents for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. dated September 8, 2015. The project was completed on February 22, 2018.
