Trail Access with County Flood Control District
• City will amend existing Access Agreement with Flood
Control.
• Will allow pedestrian access along highlighted
portion (red line) of the Rialto Channel to the
RHNC.
• Construction Permit will also be required to allow City to perform minor trail improvements, such as
placement of a decomposed granite walking path.
• Staff working with Flood Control and expecting
amended agreement and permits by July 2024.
