RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP 20673 FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF ONE (1) PARCEL OF LAND INTO THREE (3) SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PARCELS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rialto, at its meeting of April 26, 2023, approved Tentative Parcel Map 20673 subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, HUILING VON (hereinafter the “Subdivider”), has filed Parcel Map 20673 with the City Council of the City of Rialto, (hereinafter the “City”), in accordance with Section 66456 of the California Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Parcel Map 20673 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Parcel Map 20673.
Section 2: Requisite conditions associated with Parcel Map 20673 have been satisfied or supported with the necessary construction improvements requirements.
Section 3: Parcel Map 20673 is in conformance with the General Plan.
Section 4: Parcel Map 20673 conforms to all applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California.
Section 5: Parcel Map 20673 is hereby approved for the purposes therein defined. \\\\
WHEREFORE, this Resolution is passed, approved and adopted this 25th day of June 2024. _______________________________
