A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE 2021 – 2025 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rialto requires a five -year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which is updated annually; and
WHEREAS, the CIP may be amended from time to time to include additional capital improvement projects that were not originally identified in the CIP adopted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Amends the 2021 – 2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to include the Improvement projects, as identified in the Capital Improvement Section of the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Budget Document, and made a part hereof.
WHEREFORE, this Resolution is passed, approved and adopted this ____ day of ___________, 2024.
