Notes and Assumptions:
Project Construction Cost is estimated to be $1,200,000.
Construction duration is estimated at 60 working days, with preconstruction,construction, post construction / close out Overtime and weekend work is not included. Overtime work to be pre-authorized by City Project Manager.
Cost proposal and invoicing is subject to prevailing wage rates.
Project Setup consist of; but not limited to, PR website, office setup, project field measurements & photos, documentation existing conditions, drone footage, etc.
