RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS FOR DIRECTOR OF UTILITIES CLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the City Council desires to incorporate changes to Executive Management and Unrepresented Management Employees’ terms and conditions and benefits; and WHEREAS, salaries for Executive Management and Unrepresented Management are adjusted by resolution and are reflected on the City’s Classification and Compensation Plan Schedule; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to create the new classification of Director of Utilities and eliminate the classification of Utilities Manager WHEREAS, the City Council desires to place the new classification at the range of 7500.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The changes with full-time classifications in the Classification and Compensation Plan are hereby approved as reflected in the Classification and Compensation Salary Table attached hereto as Exhibit “A” Section 2: The Benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for the classification of Director of Utilities shall be as in Exhibit “B” and Exhibit “C” respectively, attached hereto.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. \\\\
