A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP 19920 FOR THE MERGER OF FIVE (5) PARCELS OF LAND INTO ONE (1) PARCEL WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rialto, at its meeting of January 31, 2018, approved Tentative Parcel Map 19920 subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, Liberty Property Limited Partnership, a Pennsylvania limited partnership (hereinafter the “Subdivider”), has filed Parcel Map 19920 with the City Council of the City of Rialto, (hereinafter the “City”), in accordance with Section 66456 of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, not all public improvements have been completed by the Subdivider as of the filing of Parel Map 19920, and the Subdivider has posted bonds to secure the cost of public improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Parcel Map 19920 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Parcel Map 19920.
Section 2: Requisite conditions associated with Parcel Map 19920 have been satisfied or supported with the necessary bonds for construction improvements.
Section 3: Parcel Map 19920 is in conformance with the General Plan and Business Park/Specific Plan Overlay.
Section 4: Parcel Map 19920 conforms to all applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California.
Section 5: In accordance with Section 66477.1 of the California Government Code, the offers of dedication to the public on Parcel Map 19920 shall be accepted by the City Clerk, subject to improvement, who shall certify acceptance by signature on the map thereof.
Section 6: The City Council hereby approves Parcel Map 19920 with the Subdivider, Liberty Property Limited Partnership, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, and accepts the subdivision improvement securities in conformance with the requirements therein for public improvements.
Section 7: The City Staff shall cause to have recorded with the San Bernardino County Recorder Parcel Map 19920.
Section 8: Parcel Map 19920 is hereby approved for the purposes therein defined. \\\\
WHEREFORE, this Resolution is passed, approved and adopted this 24th day of September 2024. _______________________________
