2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING TANYA WILLIAMS AS CITY MANAGER AND APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT 4 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RIALTO AND TANYA WILLIAMS 5 6
WHEREAS, the City of Rialto has a need to hire a City Manager; and 7 WHEREAS, Tanya Williams possesses the skills and expertise necessary to perform the 8 services as City Manager; and
9 WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an Employment Agreement to set forth the terms and 10 conditions of Ms Williams’ employment;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES 12 HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
13 The City Council of the City of Rialto hereby appoints Tanya Williams as City Manager and 14 approves the Employment Agreement between the City of Rialto and Tanya Williams, in substantially 15 the same form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute same for 16 and on behalf of the City of Rialto.
