Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing
The Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI) outlines fair housing concerns, such as discrimination in lending practices or governmental barriers to housing, that disproportionately impact persons who belong to state and federally identified protected classes.
HUD strongly suggests that jurisdictions conduct or update their AI at least once every 3 to 5 years (consistent with the Consolidated Plan cycle).
