Onward Engineering (OE) is pleased to present this letter proposal regarding our inspector’s ability to provide inspection services to the City of Rialto on a variety of private development, utility and various other projects throughout the City. This work will be done on a full-time basis for a one-year period for inspector Mark Luera (full-time). Our inspector will check for adherence to permit requirements and plans, prepare daily reports, coordinate bi-weekly check-in meetings with City staff, upload photos of the projects daily and submit them weekly, and review and upload material testing reports, tickets, etc. fEE propoSal
