RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8317 WHEREAS, on September 24, 2024 and November 12, 2024, the City Council considered an appeal related to Tentative Parcel Map No. 2023-0001, Conditional Development Permit 2023-0011, Precise Plan of Design No. 2023-0018 and Environmental Assessment Review 2023-0022 (“Project Approvals”); and WHEREAS, the City Council considered and approved Resolution No. 8317 on January 28, 2025 upholding the appeal; and WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to rescind Resolution No. 8317.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The foregoing recitals are true and correct.
Section 2: The City Council of the City of Rialto hereby rescinds Resolution No. 8317, as well as its related vote of November 12, 2024 as referenced in Resolution No. 8317.
WHEREFORE, this Resolution is passed, approved and adopted this ___ day of ____, 2025.
