RESOLUTION NO._____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS FOR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT, UNREPRESENTED MANAGEMENT, AND CITY COUNCIL WHEREAS, the City Council desires to incorporate changes to Executive Management and Unrepresented Management Employees’ terms and conditions and benefits; and WHEREAS, salaries for Executive Management and Unrepresented Management are adjusted by resolution and are reflected on the City’s Classification and Compensation Plan Schedule; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to incorporate changes to benefits similar to those of other Associations for the Executive Management, Unrepresented Management, and City Council for Fiscal Year 2025-26 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Benefits and other terms and conditions under the Benefit Profiles for Executive Management, Unrepresented Management, and City Council shall be as in Exhibit “2-A”, Exhibit “2-B”, and Exhibit “2-C”, respectively.
Section 2: All previous resolutions relating to benefits and other terms and conditions for the Executive Management, Unrepresented Management, and City Council, are hereby repealed to the extent they are in conflict with this Resolution.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. \\\\
