Public Comment
Jesus Medrano addressed the City Council related to the moratorium.

The community feels ignored. Although the community comes with their concerns, the City Council Members already know how they will be voting. She hopes the City Council makes the better decision because the City Council also lives in Rialto.
She hopes for change.

She also addressed traffic safety concern s by Etiwanda Avenue and Pepper Avenue in which she had five incidents where she was almost struck by vehicles. Children are in danger in the nearby schools. She asked the City Council to take time to visit that intersection. The community needs to be informed of what is happening within the City. There is a lot to be said and done.
