Item F.3 Council Member Montoya had questions regarding the money requested is not adding up to $190,000, they are paying 3 times the going rate, and what is the issue of getting these positions filled?

City Manager Williams said she will get a more accurate estimate from the Finance team.

Shama Curian, Human Resources Director stated they work with other departments to run the recruitment process. With this Office Specialist position they are moving through the eligibility list but the department needed someone right away and felt it was best to have a temp at this time. the rate includes the base salary, benefits and overhead costs.
