CONTRACT # 011223-FLM
THIS AMENDMENT is effective upon the date of the last signature below by and between Sourcewell and FLYMOTION, LLC (Supplier).
Sourcewell awarded a contract to Supplier to provide Unmanned and Remotely Operated Vehicle Systems with Related Technology and Services to Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, effective March 23, 2023, through March 24, 2027 (Contract).
The parties wish to amend the contract to update Suppliers pricing strategy.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties amend the Contract as follows:
1. Section 18. Insurance – Subsection A. Requirements – Item 5. Network Security and Privacy Liability Insurance of the Contract is deleted in its entirety.
2. Line items 7, 8, and 9 of “Table 1: Proposer Identity and Authorized Representatives” of the Proposal are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

Except as amended by this Amendment, the Contract remains in full force and effect.
