1 RESOLUTION NO. XXXX
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO AMENDING THE 2025-2026 WATER AND WASTEWATER FISCAL YEAR 3 BUDGET IN FUND 680. 4 WHEREAS, the budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 of the City of Rialto has been adopted by this 5 Council in its original form, and said budget will need to be amended at times to fulfill the goals of the 6 City; and

WHEREAS, the City departments may not exceed their appropriations by character of expense, with 9 character of expense being defined as personnel services, services and supplies, capital outlay, debt service 10 and transfers, without the consent of the City Manager; and 11 12
WHEREAS, the City Manager may transfer appropriations between departments and within their 13 respective funds, as long as those appropriations do not exceed their fund total unless approved by 14 Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 17 RIALTO AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Approve an appropriation to the Water and Wastewater Concession Agreement 20 Fund in the following contract services accounts:
21 Account No. 56807860-52011 in the amount of $318,306 22 Account No. 56807960-52011 in the amount of $212,204 23 24
Section 2. The City of Rialto’s City Manager or their designee is hereby authorized and 25 directed to execute the Budget Amendment and any amendments thereof. 26 27
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. 28 -2-
