A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP 20867 FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF ONE (1) PARCEL OF LAND INTO TWO (2) PARCELS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rialto, at its meeting of June 18, 2025, approved Tentative Parcel Map 20867 subject to conditions; and WHEREAS, Pilot Travel Centers, LLC (hereinafter the “Subdivider”), has filed Parcel Map 20867 with the City Council of the City of Rialto, (hereinafter the “City”), in accordance with Section 66456 of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, public improvements have been completed by the Subdivider as of the filing of Parcel Map 20867.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIALTO DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Parcel Map 20867 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Parcel Map 20867.
Section 2: Requisite conditions associated with Parcel Map 20867 have been satisfied.
Section 3: Parcel Map 20867 is in conformance with the General Plan and Gateway Specific Plan.
Section 4: Parcel Map 20867 conforms to all applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California.
Section 5: In accordance with Section 66477.1 of the California Government Code, any offers of dedication to the public on Parcel Map 20867 shall be accepted by the City Clerk, subject to improvement, who shall certify acceptance by signature on the map thereof.
Section 6: The City Council hereby approves Parcel Map 20867 with the Subdivider, Walden and Associates.
Section 7: The City Clerk shall cause to have recorded with the San Bernardino County Recorder Parcel Map 20867.
Section 8: Parcel Map 20867 is hereby approved for the purposes therein defined. \\\\
WHEREFORE, this Resolution is passed, approved and adopted this 12th day of May, 2026. _______________________________
