OnBase Records Management System since 2010 for storing and preserving city-wide records.
2. Describe how the product or service is unique and/or one of a kind:
Konica Minolta has provided Hyland's cloud-based hosting services for OnBase since 2020 for improved usage.
They have been providing scanning of large format documents (maps) and importing into OnBase.
3. Is the product or service available from other sources? There are other records management systems. Transferring our archived records to a different system would be costly.
4. Can your requirements be modified so that competitive products or services may be used? Explain:
No, we currently in the middle of a scan project with direct upload into OnBase. • A detailed memo explaining the steps taken to determine this is a sole source vendor and justify the need is attached.
