STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Actions required to update, and make current, the
appointment roster of the Citizens Police Review
Commission. There are currently 9 total seats on the
commission of which 1 is vacant.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVE appointment(s) to the Community Police
Review Commission. APPOINT Steven Lacy, re-
appointment, seat #7, term expiration date November 1,
2024-Office of the Mayor (Mayor Tom Butt 620-6503).

DISCUSSION:
Steven Lacy is being re-appointed to seat #7 for his second term on the Citizens Police Review Commission. Mr. Lacy is a longtime Richmond resident. His term will expire November 1, 2024.
