The City of Richmond Community Development Department has received grant funding to hire a qualified professional to design and develop a mobile and web application for a geolocated, historical walking tour. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to engage with web app developers with experience in Android and Apple apps that feature location-based or historical themes. There is a set contract amount of $16,000 for the completion of this project. Please see the attached RFP for all requirements.
