STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Actions required to update, and make current, the
appointment roster of the Oakland Airport Community
Noise Forum. There are 2 seats designated for the City
of Richmond on this board, one of which is currently
vacant.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:

APPROVE appointment to the Oakland Airport
Community Noise Forum; APPOINT David Drisdale, new
appointment, seat #2 non-elected resident
representative, term expiration date December 21, 2022 - Office of the Mayor (Mayor Tom Butt 510-620-6503).

DISCUSSION:
On June 29, 2022, Amelia Morgan was appointed to seat #2 on the Oakland Airport Community Noise Forum but shortly thereafter, resigned from her seat. David Drisdale is being appointed to fill the unexpired term left by Ms. Morgan. Mr. Drisdale is a Network Engineer with Marin Health. His term will expire on December 21, 2022.
