THIS AMENDMENT, effective as of February 1, 2022, is Amendment No. 1 to the Supplement No. 4, dated April 14, 2021 (“SUPPLEMENT”) to the Master Funding Agreement, dated July 1, 2017, (“MASTER FUNDING AGREEMENT”) by and between the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (“MTC”) and The City of Richmond (“AGENCY”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to modify the subject Agreement as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 is revised to increase the amount of the agreement from three hundred forty-seven thousand, eight hundred fifty-one dollars and twelve cents ($347,851.12) by twenty-one thousand, five hundred five hundred twenty dollars ($21,520) for a new total of three hundred sixty-nine, three hundred seventy-one dollars and twelve cents ($369,371.12).
2. Annex II. Project Schedule, Budget, and Payment is revised as shown in the attached Annex II.

3. Retention of Contract Provisions. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
