3. McGuire & Hester, Oakland, CA - $1,995,000.
4. Myers & Sons Construction, Cotati, CA - $2,355,000.
5. W.R. Forde Associates, Richmond, CA - $2,418,000.
6. Valentine Corporation, San Rafael, CA - $2,597,300.
IBS USA, Inc. is the apparent low bidder. Before award, they will be required to sign a First Source and Compliance Agreement to ensure compliance with the City’s local employment ordinance.
