FINANCIAL IMPACT: There will be no impact on the general fund. Funding for individual work authorizations under this on-call contract includes Federal and State grants, Measure J, and Risk
Management funds.

STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
City staff is requesting the appropriation of Risk
Management funds for Via Verdi Landslide Project
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVE the appropriation of funds from Risk
Management to NCE’s on-call professional services
contract, in an amount not-to-exceed $400,000, from
50182316-400642-01D16 – Public Works (Joe Leach
