STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Actions are required to update, and make current, the
appointment roster of the Richmond-Zhoushan Sister
City Commission. There are 11 seats on the commission,
of which 2 are currently vacant.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVE appointment(s) to the Richmond-Zhoushan
Sister City Commission; APPOINT Leonard Berry, re-
appointment, seat #8, term expiration date December 31, 2024 – Office of the Mayor (Mayor Tom Butt 510-620-
6503).
