Hi Ralph, I was given your name by your Partner Brandt Schneider from YESCO, the City of Richmond needs to remove the exisng Hilltop Outdoor Sign along I-80 due to its dilapidated and unsafe condions. Therefore, the City is requesng a proposal from three vendors, we already got Arrows Signs, Yesco and you are the third one, Our procurement process requires three bids and the selecon is based on the LOW BID.
