STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Past practice is that the mayor generally appoints
Councilmembers to Regional Committees, Ad Hoc
Committees and Liaison positions to City Boards and
Commissions.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVE the appointment of Councilmember Gayle
McLaughlin to the Public Bank East Bay – Office of the
Mayor (Mayor Tom Butt 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Councilmember Gayle McLaughlin is being appointed the Public Bank East Bay Board to represent the City of Richmond.
