AGENDA
REPORT
May 3, 2022
Pape Machinery, Inc., is the only authorized dealer in Northern California for parts and repairs to John Deere equipment. A Sole Source Justification Form has been approved.
A Standard Contract for the required repairs was previously approved by City Council on November 2, 2021; however, counsel for Pape Machinery, Inc., did not agree to various terms in the Standard Contract. The approved term expired before counsels could agree on the proposed redactions. Agreed upon redactions and edits are now included in a new Standard Contract as Exhibit E – Special Conditions.
