The Richmond City Council Special Open Session was called to order at 1:03 p.m. by Mayor Thomas K. Butt via teleconference.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Gayle McLaughlin, Melvin Willis, Vice Mayor Eduardo Martinez, and Mayor Thomas K. Butt. Absent: Councilmembers Nathaniel Bates, Claudia Jimenez, and Demnlus Johnson III arrived after the Open Session adjourned to Closed Session.

C.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT (Government Code Section 54957.6)

There were no public speakers via teleconference.
E. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
The Open Session adjourned to Closed Session at 1:04 p.m. Closed Session adjourned and reconvened back to Open Session at 5:50 p.m. with all members present.
F. REPORT FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY ON FINAL DECISIONS MADE
DURING CLOSED SESSION
Senior Assistant City Attorney Heather McLaughlin stated there were no reportable actions taken.
G. ADJOURNMENT
The Open Session adjourned at 6:01 p.m., in memory of Clarence Hughes, Henry Clark, and Gerald Montgomery.
