DISCUSSION:

An Annual Business Meeting is held each year at the League of California Cities’ Annual Conference. During the Business Meeting, the members consider and vote on resolutions to establish policies for the League. It is important that each member city participate in the business meeting to ensure they have the opportunity to be a part of the decision-making process for League policies.

Attendance and participation at the Business Meeting is restricted to cities that have designated a voting delegate and an alternate. Both the voting delegate and the alternate must be registered for the Annual Conference.

The Annual Conference will be held September 7 through 9 in Long Beach at the Long Beach Convention Center, and the deadline to submit the names of the delegate and alternate is Friday, September 2, 2022.
