I served for 44 years as Executive Director of the Mental Health Association of Alameda County an agency serving people with a mental illness and their familles. This agency had a great deal of experlence with erisis intervention programs, police personnel, the county jail, psychiatric emergency services, and involuntary mental health services. I feel prepared to help develop sound public safety policies...
