STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Actions are required to update, and make current, the
appointment roster of the Economic Development
Commission. There are 15 seats on this commission, of
which 3 are vacant.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPROVE appointment(s) to the Economic Development
Commission: APPOINT Nicole Reams, new appointment,
seat #8, term expiration date March 30, 2025 – Mayor’s
Office (Mayor Tom Butt 510-620-6503).

Nicole Reams is being appointed to seat #8 for her first term on the Economic Development Commission. Ms. Reams is a Richmond resident and is the Director of Asset Management with Mission Housing Development Corporation. Her Term will expire March 30, 2025 – Office of the Mayor (Mayor Tom Butt 620-6503).
