Article I, Section 1.9 of the Construction Agreement references the Contractor's requirement to provide insurance. This includes Builders Risk Insurance.
Specification Document 00 60 00d outlines all insurance requirements for this project including applicable Builders Risk insurance limits.
Please coordinate with the City of Richmond submittal of the Insurance Verification Form for the project along with a current Insurance Certificate as required by the Construction Contract and related Contract Documents.
